RENOLIT UK Ltd – fully funded 1.76MWp solar PV installation with Seed Renewables as the chosen EPC contractor in partnership with Zestec Renewable Energy and powered by Octopus Energy Generation

Seed Renewables, in partnership with Zestec Renewable Energy and Octopus Energy Generation, is delivering a landmark 1.76MWp solar PV system for RENOLIT UK Ltd at their Cramlington manufacturing facility in Northumberland.
The project brings together a 900 kWp rooftop array, an 866 kWp carport system, and integrated EV charging infrastructure, designed to maximise on-site generation and support Renolit UK Ltd’s long-term sustainability goals.
As the appointed Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) partner, Seed Renewables is providing a turnkey solution — from design and planning through to construction and installation plus O&M maintenance. With the project underway, the team is working closely with Zestec to manage the unique challenges of a live manufacturing site, including phased car park access and strengthening existing roof structures, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
